Track ammunition stock, lots, and low-stock thresholds.
Ammunition is tracked by quantity rather than as individual serialized items, with fields that matter for stock control and accountability.
Ammo details
- Quantity on hand (rounds)
- Grain and bullet type
- Lot number and manufacturer / SKU
- Purpose — duty, training, qualification, less-lethal, or frangible
- Storage location and manufacture date
Low-stock alerts
Set a low-stock threshold (in rounds) so the team is notified before a line runs out — useful ahead of a qualification cycle or training day. The threshold and its recipients are configured by an Admin under Settings → Notifications (set the threshold to 0 to disable).
Tracking ammo by lot makes it easy to account for what was issued for a given qualification or training event.
