Inventory

Inventory overview

How Armory Intel organizes your weapons, equipment, vehicles, and ammunition.

The Inventory section is the master list of everything your department tracks. Each item belongs to a category and carries its own details, condition, and status.

Categories

Inventory is grouped into four categories, each with its own view in the sidebar:

  • Firearms — handguns, rifles, and other weapons
  • Vehicles — patrol, admin, and specialty vehicles
  • Equipment — protective and operational gear (helmets, body armor, lights, magazines)
  • Ammo — ammunition stock, tracked by quantity and lot

Finding an item

From any inventory view you can search and filter by:

  • Serial number or barcode
  • Make / model and caliber
  • Status — available, assigned, checked out, maintenance, decommissioned, evidence
  • Condition and ownership (department or personal)

For example, filtering Firearms by Status: Checked out shows every weapon currently in the field, like a Glock 17 (#A4471) issued to Ofc. Reyes.

What's on an item

Open any item to see its full record: specifications, current assignment, checkout history, maintenance logs, and photos — for instance, a Team Wendy EXFIL LTP helmet (HC-EQ-HELM-002) assigned to Lt. William Decker.

Item statuses update automatically as you issue, return, and service items, so the inventory list always reflects reality.
