Vehicles
Track fleet vehicles, including VIN, plate, mileage, and registration expiry.
Vehicles are tracked alongside the rest of your inventory, with fields suited to a fleet. The Vehicles view lists every vehicle with its status and current assignment — for example, a Ford Interceptor assigned to Capt. Daniel Reyes.
Vehicle details
In addition to the standard item fields, vehicles capture:
- Model year
- VIN
- License plate
- Mileage
- Registration expiry date
Registration reminders
Because an expired registration takes a vehicle off the road, Armory Intel can remind your team before it lapses. Registration-expiry notifications are configured by an Admin under Settings → Notifications.
Vehicles use the same assignment and checkout workflows as any other item, so the same chain-of-custody record applies when a vehicle is issued.
