Bulk import
Add many items to inventory at once from a CSV file.
When you're setting up Armory Intel or onboarding a large batch of gear, import your inventory from a spreadsheet instead of adding items one by one.
Open the importer
From Inventory, select Import. Choose the category you're importing (Firearms, Equipment, Vehicles, or Ammo) so the columns match.
Prepare your CSV
Download the template and fill in one row per item — make, model, serial number, condition, and the category-specific fields. Keep serial numbers unique.
Upload and review
Upload the file. Armory Intel shows a preview of what will be created so you can catch problems before anything is saved.
Confirm
Confirm the import. All items are created as Available and appear in inventory immediately.
Imported the wrong file? A bulk import can be undone right after it runs, so you can correct the spreadsheet and try again.
