Manage your roster of officers — badges, ranks, units, assignments, and compliance.
The Personnel section is your roster — every officer you issue equipment to or track qualifications for.
The roster
Each officer shows their badge number, rank, unit, assigned-weapon count, and compliance status, so you can see at a glance who's current and who isn't — for example, Capt. Daniel Reyes #011 · SWAT · Compliant or Chief Diana Lawson #001 · Non-compliant.
Finding officers
Search and filter the roster by:
- Name or badge number
- Rank and unit
- Compliance status — compliant, warning, expired, or none
- Active / inactive
An officer's profile
Open any officer to see their full record: current and past assignments, qualifications and compliance issues, and any required qualifications they are missing.
Officers on the roster are separate from app logins. Adding someone to the roster does not give them access to Armory Intel — see Users & roles.
