Understand the inventory, compliance, and maintenance signals on the Armory Intel dashboard.
The dashboard answers one question the moment you log in: where does the department stand right now?
Inventory at a glance
Four cards summarize your inventory:
- Total inventory — every item on the books
- Available — ready to issue
- Assigned — issued long-term to officers
- Checked out — temporarily issued and outstanding
Qualification compliance
This panel lists officers with compliance problems — for example, Capt. James O'Brien #010 — never qualified or an officer whose Patrol Rifle Qualification expires in 2 days. Items are colored by urgency so expired and soon-to-expire qualifications stand out. Select View all to jump to the Qualifications section.
Maintenance
Items that are overdue or due soon for service appear here, grouped by maintenance type, so nothing slips before a range day.
Inventory by category
A breakdown of your inventory across Weapons, Equipment, Ammo, and Vehicles — useful for a quick sense of the fleet's makeup.
Recent activity
A running feed of recent actions — checkouts, returns, edits, logins — so you can see what's happened across the department at a glance.
