Renewals & expiration warnings
Renew qualifications and stay ahead of upcoming expirations.
Qualifications expire on a schedule, and Armory Intel surfaces them before they lapse so re-qualification can be scheduled in time.
Expiration warnings
As a qualification approaches its expiry date, the officer moves from Compliant to Warning, then to Expired once the date passes. These appear on the dashboard (e.g., Patrol Rifle Qualification — 2d left) and in the Qualifications section.
Daily reminder emails can also go to a configured list of recipients — set up by an Admin under Settings → Qualifications.
Renewing a qualification
When an officer re-qualifies, open their qualification record and select Renew. Enter the new pass date; the expiration is recalculated from the qualification type's validity period, and the officer returns to Compliant.
Renewing keeps the qualification's history intact. To log a brand-new qualification instead, see Recording a qualification.
