Adding & editing officers

Add officers to the roster and keep their details current.

Add officers individually, or import your whole roster at once with Bulk import.

Add an officer

From Personnel, select Add officer and enter their details:

  • Name and badge number
  • Rank and unit
  • Phone and email (optional)
  • Photo (optional)

Save

Save the officer. They appear on the roster immediately and can be assigned equipment or recorded against qualifications.

Editing and status

Open an officer and select Edit to update their details. When someone leaves or transfers, mark them inactive rather than deleting them — this preserves their assignment and qualification history for the record.

Ranks and units come from lists your Admin manages under Settings → Organization, so the roster stays consistent.
