Users & roles
Invite teammates and assign the Admin, Armorer, or Viewer role.
Users are the people who log in to Armory Intel — distinct from the officers on your roster.
Inviting a user
From Settings → Users, an Admin invites a teammate by email and assigns a role. The invitee sets up their own account from the invitation.
Roles
Each user has one role — Admin, Armorer, or Viewer. See Roles explained for what each can do. An Admin can change a user's role or revoke their access at any time.
Account security
Each user secures their own account from within the app — Armory Intel supports multi-factor authentication and passkeys. See Your account.
Assign the lowest role that lets each person do their job, and revoke access promptly when someone leaves.
