Navigating the app
A quick tour of every section in the Armory Intel sidebar.
The left sidebar is your map. Here's what each section is for.
Workspace
- Dashboard — your at-a-glance home: inventory totals, compliance issues, maintenance due, active checkouts, and recent activity. See Reading the dashboard.
- Inventory — every item you track, with subsections for Firearms, Vehicles, Equipment, and Ammo. Search, filter, add, and edit items here.
- Personnel — your roster of officers, their assignments, and compliance status.
- Qualifications — the org-wide view of qualification records and who's missing required certifications.
Operations
- Check Out — issue items to officers and check them back in, with full chain of custody.
- Reports — inventory, compliance, and maintenance reporting, plus exports.
- Settings — organization configuration and user management (Admin only).
What you see depends on your role. Viewers see the operational sections in read-only mode; Settings is available to Admins.
