Settings is where Admins configure how Armory Intel works for your agency.
- Organization — profile, logo, and the rank & unit lists
- Qualifications — qualification types and reminder recipients
- Maintenance — service schedules and reminder recipients
- Budget — depreciation method, useful-life defaults, and item subtypes
- Reasons — custom checkout purposes and assignment reasons
- Notifications — who receives which alerts, plus the ammo low-stock threshold
- Users — invite teammates and assign roles
Settings is available to Admins. Most day-to-day work doesn't require it — it's for one-time setup and ongoing configuration.
