Active checkouts & recent returns
See what's currently issued and review recently returned items.
The Check Out section has two tabs that together give you a live picture of what's in the field.
Active checkouts
The Active checkouts tab lists every item currently issued and not yet returned, grouped by purpose (patrol shift, training, range day, etc.). For each item you can see the officer holding it and its condition at checkout — for example, a Glock 17 (#A4471) out to Cpl. Jordan Bishop for a patrol shift.
This is your accountability view: at any moment you can answer "what's out, and who has it?"
Recent returns
The Recent returns tab shows items that have come back, with their condition recorded both at checkout and at check-in, so any change is easy to spot. The list is paginated so you can scan recent activity quickly.
