Export inventory, qualification, and maintenance reports to Excel or PDF.
Most reports can be exported for sharing, audits, or record-keeping.

Open the report
Go to Reports and open the report you want.
Export
Select Export and choose a format. The file downloads with your current filters applied, so you get exactly the slice you're looking at.
